Letter from Our Head of School

Dear Parents,

Indiana Digital Learning School (INDLS) is a program of Union School Corporation which uses an innovative education model to provide your child with the best education possible. The mission of Union School Corporation is to educate all students to be productive, responsible citizens and lifelong learners who work to their full potential. As an integral part of that mission, INDLS enrolls students in grades K–10 who choose a home-based school environment supported by Indiana-licensed teachers who tailor an education experience to fit each student’s needs.

INDLS uses the rigorous and engaging K12 curriculum designed to embrace your child’s unique brilliance. Whether your child is an athlete, advanced learner, homeschooler, military kid, career-focused, college-bound—or anything in between—your child can feel at home in our growing community of students.

By enrolling in INDLS, you partner with a team of knowledgeable and experienced educators. Indiana-licensed teachers work with you and your student daily. Classes are held daily in an online environment, allowing students to interact virtually with peers while learning. Every student also has an advisor who becomes your go-to person for help monitoring student progress, attendance, and the web-based school platform. Students demonstrate their knowledge and skills through state-standardized tests, and our administrative staff is committed to the success of every child in the program.

We are proud of the program’s focus on success for each child. We have worked to develop transition programs for students ranging from college preparation to 10+ high-demand career readiness pathways. Not only are we proud of our school, but we also believe it is a profoundly good choice for families who are interested in being actively involved in their children’s education.
