Gaming and Socialization Middle School

Dalton Cromer is the Esports Director and Community Engagement Specialist at INDLS. Dalton started working as a Guidance Counselor Technician in 2020 but transitioned at the end of his first year into his current role. He built the INDLS Rocket Esports program from the ground up. With multiple national and state championships under his belt and students receiving college scholarships in esports each year, Dalton has proven that INDLS is a force to be reckoned with in the esports world. Wearer of many hats Dalton also oversees Clubs, the LC Community, and the K12 Zone. Dalton is starting his 6th year at INDLS and his passion for gaming and showing students they can succeed keeps him motivated in his work. Born and raised in Indiana Dalton lives at home with his Great Dane, Nelson, and his 2 cats Archibald and Sugar.
