Being an online student can come with unique challenges—long screen time, isolation, or feeling pressure to perform. Take brain breaks, get outside, and stay connected with friends. Mental wellness is just as important as your GPA. This Mental Health Awareness Month, let’s all commit to taking care of ourselves and one another.
